To register for our programs, you must first create an account in our Online Registration Software. If you have not yet created an account, please do so by clicking the Register Online Now button. The account should be created under the parent’s name, with the child added as a participant.
Once your account is created, you will receive a verification email. After verifying your email address, you will be able to register for classes or camps, join waiting lists, and receive important notifications regarding registrations and other relevant information.
By registering you are committing to the full length of the session!
The payment can be done by instalments or in full by selecting this option at checkout through the dropdown menu, which can be found underneath the amount. Therefore, if we must close our facility due to COVID-19 then we will not charge you for the next instalment. By registering you are committing to the full length of the session.
MONTHLY FEE OPTION:
Session fee is based on the amount of classes the session has over 5 monthly payments. Deposit first month + taxes for the full amount of the session + registration fee = Initial payment. After the initial payment is paid, there will be 4 equal payments charged on the 1st of every the month until the full fee of the session has been paid.
NO cancellation will be accepted after there first day of the session (medical note only), for any other cancelation request members can withdraw from the program with a 30-day notice to our office by emailing the withdrawal form which can be found underneath to [email protected]. Withdrawal requests are due before the 3rd of the month in order to avoid to be charged one extra month, as per the registration policy 1 month notice must be given for withdrawal. Any request after this date will be processed for the next month.
All payments are processed on the first of each month. Members joining later in the session will be charged on a prorated basis.
If you decide to pay in full, and the facility must close due to Covid-19 the remaining classes will be transformed into credits which can be used for future sign ups.
All missed classes due to covid-19 shutdowns will be transformed into credits and can be used for future signups or instalment payments. Credits are not redeemable in cash!
All credits are valid for 1 full year from the time created, and once the credit has reached his time limit will be automatically deleted, and lost without the option to ever be used or returned.
No make up classes for cancelled classes due to weather conditions.
There will not be any “make-up classes” due to missed / cancelled classes.
The credit card you enter upon registration will be the card that is charged for the subsequent payments. If you would like to change the credit card you must do so on your Alpha Gymnastics Online Account or call our office to have it changed before the next payment date.
All athletes registered for classes must pay an annual, non-refundable, $55.00 Ontario Gymnastics Federation Fee (Valid July 1st – June 30th the following year).
Please note that all returned payments are subject to a 5% fee of the returned amount. Additionally, a 3% administration fee will be applied to each invoice at the time of registration.
There is no specific dress code for recreational classes, however, children should be dressed appropriately for physical activity. Boys may wear a t-shirt and shorts, while girls can wear shorts or leggings with a fitted t-shirt or a gymnastics leotard if they have one.
Jeans and skirts are not permitted. Thank you for ensuring your child is dressed for a safe and active experience.
To prevent spills and ensure a safe training environment, only reusable water bottles are permitted in the gym—similar to those used at school. General disposable water bottles are not allowed.
Additionally, only straw bottles or squeeze bottles are permitted. Any bottle that requires the cap to be removed for drinking will not be allowed inside the gym. If your child brings a bottle with a removable cap, it must remain with you in the lobby, as an improperly closed cap can lead to spills on the gym floor. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
If your child has long hair please make sure, it will be tied up in a ponytail prior the beginning of each class.
Jewelry are not permitted at practice, (medical devices are allowed).
Please make sure your child will wear clean clothes, and your child's hygiene is appropriate before attending class.
